Basic Qualification

• Support product compliance operations management system setting with basic knowledge in the field to develop compliance and quality requirements all products categories.
• Assist developing strategies that protects the customers and the Coupang Private Label Brands (CPLB) while optimizing the product launch cycle.
• Coordinate compliance requirement implementing activities in active interaction with stakeholders in Coupang.
• Monitor regulatory trend and report to Senior Manager.
• Make report on product compliance/quality performance for developing better procedures.
• Collect data to improve the compliance of the products in sale, root cause analysis, corrective action / preventive action, and other processes.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge with product regulations in Korean marketplace.
• Previous experience in fast-paced online consumer retail operations.
• Experience in collaboration, influencing, and negotiations related to conformity management.
• Eagerness to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are driven in parallel.
• A mix of regulatory compliance and project management supporting experience with Private Label products.
• Creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing better solutions to solve new problems.
• Presentation and training delivery experience.
• Fluent (verbal and written) in Korean and English.
