Valmet is looking for a Consumables Solutions Sales Manager, SEMEA to join our team.
You can be based in either Cernay (France) or Zaragoza (Spain).

Your Responsibilities:

• Support local sales teams and adjust strategies to meet budget targets, focusing on our Consumables product portfolio, including FBR (PMC Paper Machine Clothing & FTU Filtration), ROL (COP Cover & MEP Mechanical Works), and PER (Daily Consumables).
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to optimize sales efforts.
• Monitor Performance: Track and report on consumables service activities and adjust strategies as needed.
• Customer Engagement: Focus on key customers and support their ongoing needs.
• Empower Teams: Ensure local teams are well-equipped with knowledge of Valmet’s consumables offerings.
• Promote Innovation: Identify customer needs and provide feedback for product development.

Your Profile:

• Strong technical background, preferably in the paper industry.
• Experience in business development and building strong customer relationships.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, working well in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluent in English (Either French or Spanish will be considered a plus depending on your location).
