We are looking for a talented, solution-oriented, and organized professional to drive the success of our projects and strategies in the role of Finance Business Partner Director, reporting to the Global CFO Marketing Solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial projections, ensuring the reliability of financial statements.
  • Review of business performance within the area, including the interpretation, explanation, and management of margins and other key business drivers/indicators.
  • Analysis of results, providing support and influence in strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Design and development of initiatives that positively impact business management.
  • Budgeting process execution, including analysis and monitoring of deviations, implementing corrective measures to ensure compliance with the company's budget objectives, and providing relevant recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Review, analysis, and control of monthly reporting, designing, proposing, and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Compliance with company policies, as well as implementing corrective actions if any deviations are identified.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Professional background in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree in Financial Management or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in multinational companies and managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. Preferably, experience in a digital media agency.
  • Experience in interacting with senior management.
  • Strong organizational, proactive, and analytical skills, as well as leadership and team management abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset, with strong negotiation, persuasion, and business vision skills.
  • High level of English, with Spanish as a secondary language.
