As the EHR Senior Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and patient care—ensuring that our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems support providers, clinicians, and staff in delivering efficient, high-quality services. You’ll analyze business needs, design effective workflows, and collaborate across departments to implement and optimize EHR solutions. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission by improving how information flows through every level of care.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Remote position open to Missouri residents only.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the evaluation, development, and implementation of EHR projects in collaboration with internal leaders and external partners.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as an escalation resource for EHR-related issues.
• Collaborate with department leadership to assess workflow needs and implement technology that supports efficient, effective care delivery.
• Create and maintain EHR templates, forms, and reports to ensure accurate and streamlined documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical users and IT professionals, promoting understanding and adoption of new systems and workflows.
• Review, test, and implement system updates, patches, and new features to maintain optimal functionality.
• Assist with user training and create support materials for new processes and implementations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or related field

Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements:

• At least three (3) years of equivalent work experience required if no bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience with Electronic Health Records required, particularly NextGen and/or Netsmart myAvatarNX
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
• Ability to research and apply new technical concepts and system improvements
