Transform technology into better care by connecting data, workflows, and people.As the EHR Senior Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and patient care—ensuring that our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems support providers, clinicians, and staff in delivering efficient, high-quality services. You’ll analyze business needs, design effective workflows, and collaborate across departments to implement and optimize EHR solutions. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission by improving how information flows through every level of care.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Remote position open to Missouri residents only.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the evaluation, development, and implementation of EHR projects in collaboration with internal leaders and external partners.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as an escalation resource for EHR-related issues.
- Collaborate with department leadership to assess workflow needs and implement technology that supports efficient, effective care delivery.
- Create and maintain EHR templates, forms, and reports to ensure accurate and streamlined documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical users and IT professionals, promoting understanding and adoption of new systems and workflows.
- Review, test, and implement system updates, patches, and new features to maintain optimal functionality.
- Assist with user training and create support materials for new processes and implementations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School diploma or GED required- Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or related field
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of equivalent work experience required if no bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience with Electronic Health Records required, particularly NextGen and/or Netsmart myAvatarNX
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
- Ability to research and apply new technical concepts and system improvements
- Excel at translating complex technical processes into clear, usable workflows.
- Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and bridging communication between clinical and IT environments.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for system and process improvement.
