Under their Money Transfer division, Xe and Ria Money Transfer have been brought together to help establish the third largest money transfer business in the world.</p><p>Reporting to the Team Manager, this role works as part of a global team to manage money in and money out for customers (consumer &amp; businesses) in the fastest and most efficient way possible – this is achieved through a range of global payment networks. We strive for excellence in delivering the best service for our customers. We contribute to our community</li> </ul><p>What you’ll do</p><ul> <li>Contract Settlement: Organise contract settlement for the current value date</li> <li>Global Bank Accounts: Manage money in and money out of global bank accounts; process and authorise receipts and payments</li> <li>Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders, both, locally and globally (APAC, NAM, UK), namely Service Delivery, Compliance and Global Operations Team on a wide range of queries, including anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions queries and FX contract queries</li> <li>Customer Satisfaction: Work directly with clients via phone and email to resolve escalated account and payment queries</li> <li>Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve any settlement/account errors, internally and with global banking partners</li> <li>Transaction queries: Monitor workflow queues to ensure transactions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, to meet cut off times and SLA's</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>FX/Financial Services: Some relevant experience in a financial services or FX organisation, undertaking payment tasks and understanding of cash flows.</li> <li>Global Payments &amp; Systems:Knowledge of global payment rails and systems, including SWIFT, NPP and ACH preferred but not required.</li> <li>Effective time Management: Strong time management skills, able to plan, organise and multi-task.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.</li> <li>Effective Communicator:Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>A team player: Approachable, collaborative team member.</li> <li>Agility: Adaptable, eager to learn, proactive.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>A competitive salary and bonus based on company and individual performance</li> <li>Travel Allowance to and from our offices.</li> <li>25 days holiday per year, plus 1 additional day for your birthday.</li> <li>Euronet Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP)</li> <li>Plumm – Your mental health is our priority!
