CFO Technology

Accordion’s CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers the digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.

Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally — alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion — to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team’s business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.

This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

What You’ll Do:

• Solution Architecture: Design and develop OneStream solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of OneStream solutions and applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Configuration and Customization: Customize OneStream applications based on specific business needs and configure settings for optimal performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk, and IT, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to OneStream applications, ensuring timely resolution.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on OneStream applications and functionalities.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to OneStream solution architecture, configurations, and processes.
• Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay informed about OneStream updates and implement upgrades or enhancements as needed.
• Compliance Management: Ensure that the OneStream solution aligns with regulatory compliance standards, internal and external audit requirements, and industry best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of OneStream solutions.
• Travel to client site as needed

Ideally, You Have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA, MS, etc.) is even better.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification, OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) certifications.
• Proficiency with VB.NET, SQL within a business rule context strongly preferred. Experience with any other programing languages a plus.
• Proven experience as an OneStream Senior Consultant, Project Lead, or Manager
• Project lead or lead developer on multiple end-to-end implementations with OneStream customers.
• Strong expertise in implementing and customizing OneStream applications, experience with other CPM technologies is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of multi-dimensional AND relational databases.
• Experience in leading teams and managing CPM projects.
• Comfortable planning projects, gathering requirements, leading design and whiteboarding sessions, and taking projects all the way through go-live. You are a pro at project execution.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Cloud architectures, including certifications, are a plus – emphasis on Azure-hosted applications.
