Position Title: Executive Chef 

Pay 15 

Reports To: Supervising Chef

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus Plan

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all culinary operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Develop and implement diverse, enticing menus that delight our guests
• Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals, encouraging a culture of excellence and creativity
• Manage cost controls and expenditures to ensure financial success
• Coordinate and complete high-quality catering events
• Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• A.S. degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive culinary/kitchen management experience, with a preference for those with high-volume and catering experience
• Proven track record in complex foodservice operations
• Comprehensive understanding of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and the Internet
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Willingness to participate in client happiness programs and activities
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable
