Production Coordinator - Assembly/Tubeout & Finning (Nights)

Ensuring Chart’s Success…

Chart's Production Coordinator position plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart's products. This position will be responsible for 15 or more direct reports to help produce high quality manufactured products used all over the world.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Directs & coordinates the activities of employees & work schedules
•    Review current blueprints, material requisition, etc.
•    Responsible for new hires, promotions, discharges, etc.
•    Monitors work areas
•    Ensure products are produced to quality standards and meet production deadlines.
•    Ensure the efficient use of production resources
•    Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
•    Ability to work independently and self-direct
•    Ability to work well in group problem-solving situations
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to communicate with others to solve and analyze technical information to find resolution
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•    Must be a visible presence in the facility the entire day to ensure there are no issues present
•    Knowledge of safety standards and regulations

Your Education Should Be…

Minimum Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

• Indoor/Outdoor Environment
• Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling
• Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material
• Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• Managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in supervising & production
• Shop fabrication experience required
• Computer Savvy - JDE, Kronos, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Process Improvement
