We have a roster of happy clients, and team satisfaction is high. Many of our clients have been with us for over ten years. But, we want to keep growing. Growth is not just for its own sake, but so we can serve our clients better and give our team interesting problems to solve - that’s where you come in!
About the Position:As our Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you own demand capture and conversion for the ImageX brand. This role is responsible for SEO, PPC, website performance, marketing automation, and analytics, with a clear mandate to generate qualified leads and measurable pipelines. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only position.
About You:You are a strategic, data-informed marketer who enjoys getting into the details. You think in funnels, keywords, and performance metrics. You’re comfortable balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution, and you thrive in environments where autonomy, ownership, and collaboration are equally valued.
Pay Equity:Our focus is ensuring fair compensation based on the unique skills and experience of each team member while aligning with defined pay ranges established through extensive market research.
