We're seeking a visionary product leader who can see both the forest and the trees—someone who understands market dynamics deeply while executing flawlessly on operational details. As our Director Product Manager, you'll drive strategic product initiatives while building and leading a high-performing team that delivers exceptional outcomes for our TPA business and the millions of people we serve.

What You'll Actually Do

Lead strategic product initiatives: Drive health and navigation product roadmaps that align with business goals while managing portfolio-level planning and execution across multiple workstreams.

Enable seamless execution: Own product enablement strategy that coordinates go-to-market efforts across Product Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams, ensuring flawless product launches.

Build operational excellence: Lead SAFe agile ceremonies, manage enhancement requests and release processes, and create the frameworks that enable your team to run at peak performance.

Facilitate cross-functional success: Serve as the central hub for departments working with product teams, developing resources, documentation, and processes that make collaboration effortless.

Develop and mentor talent: Hire, train, and supervise product managers while creating an environment where both individual and product performance reach their highest levels.

Drive market insights: Conduct competitive analysis, vendor exploration, and customer research to inform strategic decisions and ensure products meet evolving healthcare needs.

  

 

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

 

The leadership foundation:

• 10+ years of experience in product design, development, and launch with proven track record of strategic success
• Healthcare experience required, with Third Party Administrator (TPA) background strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred

The strategic expertise:

• Deep understanding of SaaS software development practices and product lifecycle management
• Experience with SAFe agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Market research and competitive analysis capabilities in complex healthcare environments

The operational skills:

• Creative problem-solving abilities combined with strong technical acumen
• Excellence in strategy and capacity planning aligned with product vision execution
• Experience managing product portfolios and stakeholder communications across multiple business lines

The leadership qualities:

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining strategic focus
