The mission of the Center for Logistics & Supply Chain Management is to facilitate the formulation and implementation of research and education necessary to produce effective strategies and qualified people to meet the rapidly changing knowledge demands of the 2000’s.

The Center for Logistics & Supply Chain Management conducts all of its activities with a focus on high ethical standards, the pursuit of excellence, and respect for all individuals.

Position Overview

The Center for Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the University of North Texas (UNT) is seeking an Assistant or Associate Research Professor with substantial professional experience performing quantitative data analysis, data visualization, modeling, database management, and programming to address practical problems in transportation planning and policy. The candidate should have 10+ years of progressive, professional work experience, either as an academic researcher and/or as a consultant. This experience will have incorporated the extensive use of technical tools that include: geographic information systems (GIS)
