The South College Doctor of Physical Therapy program invites applications for the position of DPT Operations Administrator. This position is responsible for the management of the student recruitment program, oversee student outreach initiatives, and handle communication with prospective students for the office of admissions. Specific duties include working with the DPT admissions department to manage the PTCAS application process, admissions packages, and follow-up communications with incoming students. Additionally, the DPT Operations Administrator helps to manage social media and incoming student engagement as well as developing relationships with post-secondary institutions and periodic attendance at recruitment events.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with computer software
• Knowledge of social media networking platforms and best practices
• Knowledge of photo and video creation and editing
• Recruitment and/or outreach and engagement experience
• Candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree or have comparable work experience.
