Purpose:
Operate as the Wholesale functional owner of the NAM Never-Out-Of-Stock (NOS) replenishment program by supporting wholesale and sales planning as their central point of contact, and by partnering with other key functions to develop, operationalize and improve the NOS program.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the operational expert and single point of contact of the NOS replenishment program for the NAM wholesale channel
- Execute consistent forecast and supply analysis from reports to drive insights and NOS program optimization that supports the wholesale team and business partners
- Identify and discuss current trends and risks/opportunities to the business and prepare recommendations and solutions to maximize sales, profitability or customer experience
- Support development and monitoring of KPIs to track forecasting accuracy, adjustments and other key metrics and provide contextual information to business partners
- Communicate supply constraints to impacted wholesale teams in a proactive, consistent and timely manner
- Assign and maintain NOS program order allocation system controls in SAP and coordinate any required rebalancing across customers
- Review and escalate as needed exceptional replenishment orders that impact NOS supply
- Assess impact of consumption rates to future forecast reconciliation
- Educate and train wholesale on the methodology, tools, reports and necessary knowledge to support the NOS program for their retail customers
- Collaborate and liaise with local and global Responsiveness teams to share best practices, utilize tools & educate
- Support cross functional, strategic projects related to the NOS program by providing additional analytics when necessary
- Engage and participate in cross-functional projects as required
