Responsibilities
The Sr. Leave and Accommodation Manager provides day to day oversight of the leave and accommodation programs for all facilities nationwide. Ensures that the programs are being managed in accordance to Federal, State, Local leave and accommodation laws, including but limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Pregnant Worker Fairness Act (PWFA). Provide day to day oversite of Leave and Accommodation case managers to ensure compliance and exceptional customer service. Provide support services such as case management, escalation support, data analytics, technology, training, leave of absence pay, Acquisition and Mergers support and participates in process improvement initiatives. Collaborates with and supports all stakeholders from executive leadership, facility HR, facility leaders, employees, benefits, payroll and technology partners with process confirmation, standard program updates and escalation support.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $95,000.00 to $105,00.00 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
