Project Manager, Professional Services Organization

OVERVIEW

About the Job 

Rubrik Professional Services is looking for a high-energy, organized, and self-motivated individual to drive Project Management for large customer projects.  You will be customer facing, working to ensure success criteria are met in order to have the most successful engagement possible.  You will work cross-functionally within Rubrik to obtain information, communicate requirements, and deliver results.

About you 

As part of the PS Organization, you will be tasked with:

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
• Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

The Ideal Candidate for the Project Manager role demonstrates:

• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Google suite
• Outgoing personality
• Willingness to help others
• 3-5 years relevant Enterprise Project Management experience
• PMP certification
• Scrum/Kanban/Agile understanding and experience

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range$72,000—$108,000 USDThe minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits.
