About the role
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an Administrative Professional supporting the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff Support contract.

What you will be doing:
- Contribute to the development of, and help execute, the SSC/IA strategy. Keep abreast of internal and external changes to Department of Defense, Air Force, and Space Force International Affairs policies and strategies. Support updates to any SSC/IA policies and strategies to align with any significant changes in Department guidance.
- Maintain SSC/IA office records in accordance with records keeping guidance. Provide draft strategic presentation and messaging products as directed. Develop and update the SSC/IA Mission Brief. Develop, and maintain currency of, the newcomers briefing. Develop and edit SSC/IA priority matrix/war room products.
- Develop strategic messaging as directed by the Director/Deputy Director.
- Review and provide quality control of all staff packages and tasking deliverables to include formatting and edits for all taskers internal or external.
- Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures for approval by the director.
- Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives of the Division. With minimal or no guidance, responds to routine or nontechnical requests. Assembles SSC/IA senior leadership staffing packages for review, signature, and staffing.
- After signature is obtained from the SSC/IA leadership, ensures action is completed and forwarded properly to the appropriate office. Develop SSC/IA operational instructions and provide inputs, analysis, and recommendations in support of future space enterprise cooperative concepts that include quantitative and qualitative analysis consistent with SSC/IA process and standards for leadership decision making.
What you will need:
- Top Secret security clearance is required
- BA / BS degree is required
- Ten (10) years demonstrated experience in related field is required
- Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work closely with teammates and customers across internal and external organizations.
- Knowledge of Higher Headquarters, Air Force and Space Force, processes, and procedures as it relates to their functional responsibility
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
