Member Networks Manager

Summary:

In this role, you will support the day-to-day activities for a portfolio of CEO geographic, Trustee and C-suite persona networks and member services that advance member education, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute in-person and virtual meetings (i.e., planning, registration, continuing education) on time and within budget.

• Maintain knowledge of networks and Vizient offerings and keep members informed through network events and interactions, member e-mails, news bulletins, and web content.

• Develop annual project plans to ensure accurate and timely delivery of network offerings.

• Track and document network participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics.

• Create network communications (i.e., meeting materials, web page, and / or social media content, welcome messages, onboarding / orientation).

• Maintain current C-suite, Community Group, and other member network rosters in customer relationship management database (CRM).

• Document and track network expenses relative to meeting budgets.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. 

• 2 or more years of relevant experience in project management and event management required.

• Knowledge of health system trustee, governance practices and educational programs

• Strong relationship and client management experience required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, multiple projects, and timelines.

• Proficiency utilizing Salesforce or some similar CRM tool preferred.

• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
