As a core member of the worldwide pathways programs team you will be developing and implementing an authorized professional services partner program to that support Cohesity’s worldwide pathways partner strategy.  You will work with channel and GSI sales organizations, professional services team, enablement organization and the partner community to define the overall program structure, benefits, requirements and processes to manage the program. 
The ideal candidate will be a high energy, hands on, detailed-oriented individual that has successfully built, implemented, and managed an authorized professional services program for channel and system integrator partners, with an understanding of on-premise, hybrid and as-a-service data management solution offerings and associated services. Proven success in designing a PS program for partners that supports a partner-led services strategy and engages partners focused on building a services practice with an emphasis on outcomes and simplicity, and contributing to the development of a strong partner ecosystem will distinguish a strong candidate from other applicants. This individual is an organized key contributor, effective communicator, and influencer. The ability to lead and execute on cross functional projects and work effectively in a team environment is critical.

Essential Functions:
 Lead the development and implementation of an authorized partner professional services program that supports a worldwide channel strategy.
 Work cross-functionally with geo-based partner teams, PS organization and pathways leadership to deliver impactful outcomes.
 Develop and deploy best practices for PS program expansion to engage partners and foster strong relationships.
 Manage program through all phases of the development cycle; from gathering requirements and design through implementation and evaluating success.
 Measure program successes and communicate internally and externally. Analyze trends to determine overall effectiveness, progress toward goals, and identify gaps. Communicate highlights and results.
 Interface with finance and legal to ensure alignment and meet compliance requirements
 Build rapport, effectively communicate key messages, and enable field and partner stakeholders to understand the value and effectively leverage program
 Work closely with channel marketing and PS organization to communicate program enhancements and benefits internally and to partners
 Create and maintain partner facing program materials

Education and Experience
 8-10 years of experience in creating and managing an authorized PS program for channel and system integrator partners is required.
 Strong understanding of professional services offerings including consulting, planning, installation, implementation, and integration is required.
 Experience with programs that include on-premise, hybrid and as-a-service data management
offerings is strongly desired.
 Global partner programs experience including strong relationships with geo-based sales, partner, and PS organizations.
 Hands on experience with data, analytics, and reporting and sharing of program effectiveness and partner success.
 Work cross-functionally to develop scalable processes to support programs.
 Excellent cross functional project management skills.
 Strong verbal and written communication, influence, presentation, and customer service skills.
 High energy, self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and effectively within a team as well as across organizations in a fast paced, dynamic, corporate environment.
 Ability to execute at multiple levels, from implementing program strategy and structure to identifying the processes needed to support program structure and goals.
 Success in managing and influencing internal resources.
