We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced People Systems Development Team Manager to lead our People Systems Development team and oversee our people systems technology stack, centered around the SuccessFactors platform. In this pivotal role, you will direct the design, development, and implementation of innovative people systems that significantly enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our HR processes. Your extensive expertise in the development lifecycle, combined with your proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, will be crucial as you foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
