Who you are:

The Senior Account Executive, Men’s RTW is directly responsible for growing and maintaining the Brunello Cucinelli brand business partnership with our multiband partners. This position collaborates across multiple teams (sales, merchandise planning, and wholesale accounts) to achieve sales goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for independently handling accounts within assigned territory and/or key accounts for Wholesale and Concession businesses
  • Handle all sales from start to finish so as to meet and exceed sales targets (processing orders, tracking orders on internal system, making sure deliveries are on time).
  • Manage and grow current accounts while consistently looking for new business opportunities.
  • Present sales/marketing strategy, distribution and projections for the region to senior management for approval.
  • Act as a regional point of contact for Concession teams for managing personnel, providing feedback, and escalating issues to HR as needed
  • Process and track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assess inventory levels regularly to improve product turn and achieve seasonal goals.
  • Provide sales feedback pre-market and aid in merchandising collections.
  • Analyze sales reports to ensure ship targets are achieved.
  • Project unit need by style for the region and submit to planning.
  • Work with Retail Specialist team to ensure key doors are on brand and are achieving sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store contacts in a manner that encourages open and frequent communication
  • Support sample organization and line sheet creation
  • Provide support for market prep and market appointments
  • Collaborate with team on a weekly basis in showroom to review selling and weekly strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful markets, trunk shows and other Wholesale/Concession events.
  • Ensure effective cost control procedures are rolled out and communicated for all operating, maintenance and travel.
  • Lead sales team in promoting a client-focused approach in order to exceed company standards.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that covers the Company’s Men's Wholesale & Concession client base and ensures a strong brand presence.
  • Drive change when appropriate.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with multiband partners and understanding their business needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company information and collections.
  • Identify emerging markets and/or market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years’ of experience in luxury Men's Wholesale, ready to wear
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 50% travel required domestically
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to interface and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impact results
  • Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change
  • Convey positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems
  • Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident direction
  • Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
