This position is for 3rd shift; 11:00pm-7:30am.

 

The Production Clerk is responsible for routing campus transportation vehicles to meet time and efficiency expectations. Also, they are responsible for generating reporting from EWM to provide business visibility of key performance indicators.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH: 

  • Route campus transportation vehicles to meet both time and efficiency expectations 

  • Reporting from EWM and MS excel to provide key performance indicators to the business 

  • Support in planning and ordering of supplies and materials for the site 

  • Identify gaps and help develop corrective actions to address situations proactively and effectively 

  • Support facilitation of proper training, such as GMP, SOP, Safety, and Operations 

  • Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions and behaviors 

  • Work as a liaison between carrier and dock personnel 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) – preferred 

  • Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)  

 

YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE: 

  • High attention to detail 

  • Verbal and written communication skills  

  • Technical capability 

  • A desire to be a team player but also work independently  

 

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.77-$27.47. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
