About the role

OVERVIEW As our clients' Senior Community Programs Manager, you’ll serve as the community’s voice and architect an online hub where customers and partners find answers, share feedback, and shape product direction while helping the company scale through self-service and peer-to-peer support.   This is US based - fully remote - must be able to work W2 without sponsorship. NO C2C. Hourly rate: $55/hour Contract: August through February 2026   RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design a cross-functional community strategy with Product, Support, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT, ensuring clear feedback loops and roadmap influence

  • Build and maintain engagement programs—onboarding journeys, discussion forums, expert groups, events, campaigns, and social-care channels—to grow active membership

  • Moderate daily activity, enforce guidelines, resolve conflicts, and fine-tune escalation processes to keep the space safe, inclusive, and efficient

  • Develop MVP/ambassador initiatives that spotlight power users, elevate peer support, and drive knowledge-base contributions

  • Create friction-reducing resources (FAQs, articles, videos) that shift users from case-based support to self-service and community solutions

  • Track and analyze KPIs, produce leadership reports, and translate community insights into product and process improvements

  • Coordinate with social and customer-marketing teams to align messaging and maximize reach across platforms

    QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of program or project management, including 3+ years leading online communities

  • Success working with distributed enterprise teams and technical stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with major community platforms (Salesforce, Khoros, etc.) and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, Slack)

  • Strong data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and show ROI

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills paired with high emotional intelligence

  • Proven ability to build relationships, foster inclusivity, and energize member participation

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
