- Strict adherence to all regulatory, quality assurances, quality controls, and safety procedures.
- Strict Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
- Read, Retain, and consistently Refer back to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Routinely tested for proficiency through competency assessments.
- Identifies and communicates all errors, accidents, incidents, or work hindrances to management immediately.
- Phlebotomy Duties include but not limited to:
- Blood draw and urine specimen processing for health and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
- Prepares samples of blood and urine for transport to reference laboratories.
- Organize, input, and track critical information and paperwork/results for blood and urine samples.
- Manage phlebotomy supply inventory and proper usage according to SOP.
- Laboratory Duties but not limited to:
- Semen sample processing, producing vials to be stored in liquid nitrogen (cryogenics).
- Executing vigilant quality checks (QC) throughout sample processing.
- Maintaining daily media and supply inventory usage – aliquoting and re-stocking.
- Administrative Duties but not limited to:
- Donor check-in: identification of donor, confirming eligibility requirements to donate, verifying accuracy and completion of documentation.
- Scheduling and coordinating potential donor and active donor appointments.
- Coordinate with management on additional needs and projects of the branch and company.
Travel: Travel is required ad hoc to local and national branches.

- Phlebotomy License.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science Related Field.
- 2-5 years related experience and or training.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $56,000 - $65,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
