Clinical Research Coordinator

Minimum requirements:

Understanding of study protocols, recruitment and screening participants.

Responsibilities:

• Design study protocols, project materials, and deploy surveys using REDCap and other data collection platforms.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll research participants from hospital and community settings
• Coordinate study logistics, including maintaining study calendars and tracking project timelines.
• Prepare and submit IRB applications; manage amendments, renewals, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized research documentation, including consent forms, case report forms, and regulatory binders.
• Conduct data cleaning and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative datasets.
• Assist with background research to support study design and manuscripts.
• Draft and edit research reports, abstracts, and manuscripts for publication.
• Present study findings at internal meetings and external conferences. Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling team meetings, preparing agendas/minutes, and managing study-related correspondence.
