Oracle Peoplesoft Payroll Lead (Functional)
The Work:
- Payroll Module Lead is responsible for leading and performing design, build, configuration and support of the PeopleSoft Payroll module to meet PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll business process and application requirements across Operations and Maintenance and New Initiative teams.
- Lead payroll business analysts in performing and perform the listed activities; facilitate successful build of application solutions by liaising with development and technical team members.
- Perform Operations and Maintenance break-fix, enhancements, tax updates, and minor projects.
- Troubleshoot incidents and support requests and develop fixes.
- Conduct requirements analysis for new initiatives including new systems, enhancements, and integrations w/ new and/ or existing systems.
- Recommend solutions to satisfy user requirements and determine the impact on the new/existing design.
- Coordinate and support the development and deployment of user documentation.
- Identify inputs, outputs, and throughputs of business processes in support of business process re-engineering.
Here’s what you need:
- Experience leading both operations and maintenance (production support) and implementation of PeopleSoft Payroll v9.2 required.
- Experience with Oracle HR
- Knowledge of Payroll or HR business processes
- Proficient with functional design experience
- Agile experience
Bonus Points If:
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Payroll
- Knowledge with People Tools
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to attain or possesses a Secret clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
