About the role
The Senior Product Manager s a leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, strategy, and success of one or more products or product lines within the organization. This role involves managing a team of product managers, guiding product strategy, and ensuring that products meet market needs and company objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and communicate a cohesive product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market trends.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
- Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)
- 5+ years experience with data and product analytics tools
- Proven Product Manager or similar experience
- Familiar with Agile framework, Scrum, and product lifecycle management
- Background in software development and/or program management preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
