The role is permanent and can be based in Sweden.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>About our team</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Meet the the BCCM Process Oversight and Controls team. Our role is to embed resilience in establishing robust rules, controls and proactive reporting to manage and mitigate continuity risks effectively and ensure operational resilience within the BCCM risk framework. Our team is composed by 10 individuals coming from different regions of the world.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>The team is international with diverse backgrounds and is currently based in Sweden and Finland.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Collaboration. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What you’ll be doing</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span>This role is pivotal in ensuring the robustness and resilience of our resiliency processes and controls, aligning with Nordea's commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Main responsibilities in this role:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Carry out the implementation plan with updated processes &amp; respective alignments to adjust with DORA requirements</span></li> <li><span>Ensure the implementation of 'improved ways of working' and change management practices to enhance operational resilience and efficiency</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with various business areas within Nordea to identify and mitigate risks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within Business Continuity and Crisis Management</span></li> <li><span>Engage in project management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on process improvement projects</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>Who you are</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>This is the right role for you if you have:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Excellent listening skills, with a humble approach to collaboration and teamwork</span></li> <li><span>A proven record of effective cooperation across teams</span></li> <li><span>A Solution-oriented mindset, focusing on identifying and implementing effective solutions to challenges </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Your background and skills include:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Experience within a business area of banking sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of banking operations and culture</span></li> <li><span>Experience in implementing change management practices and improved ways of working</span></li> <li><span>Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>It would be ideal if you also have:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Familiarity with the EU Digital Operational Resiliency Act (DORA)</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What we offer</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>People </strong>come here when they want to get somewhere.
