Job Description

Objective

Support Global Travel, Corporate Card and Contingent Workforce Manager on day-to-day tasks and primary contact for travel/corporate card/contingent workforce related questions.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to: 

Supports manager and employees through various tasks related to travel, corporate card, contingent workforce, and expenses.

Providing support to Concur users

Provide information by answering questions and requests

Maintain resource documents and ensure the travel/contingent workforce page on the intranet is current and updated

Reconcile and process allocations for the Air Travel Card

Review and analyze travel reports against policy and action as needed

Generate monthly scheduled reports

Manage the unused ticket report log

Assist with the Contingent Workforce Program rollout and maintenance  

Prepare and monitor weekly Contingent workforce invoices and monthly accruals

Qualifications

Flexible and able to work comfortably in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment by regularly re-prioritizing, adjusting to changing circumstances and assignments, proactively anticipating needs, and being willing to jump into situations to help as needed.

Strong organizational skills, reliable, dependable

Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software

A commitment to customer service and experience

Inquisitive: you enjoy learning and finding creative and thoughtful ways to solve problems

Team player attitude with a strong work ethic

Demonstrated ability in exercising discretion and extremely sound judgment to uphold privacy, security, and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Unquestionable integrity and a sense of urgency

Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver information in a clear, compelling, and tactful manner in English

Experience in the travel industry, contingent workforce, corporate card a plus

Working knowledge of German is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years’ experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity
