Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Courtesy Patrol with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Aventura, Florida location.

Schedule: Sunday 1pm-1am Monday-Wednesday 6pm-1am

Pay: $13.00/hour

The Ideal Candidate would be responsible for:

• Patrolling the premises,
• Identifying and addressing potential security issues
• Providing exceptional customer service to all individuals you encounter.
• Emergency Response
• Parking Enforcement
• Incident Reporting
• Community Engagement
• Maintenance and Safety Checks
• Lost and Found

Requirements

• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
