About the role

As our Sr. CRM Solutions Lead, you are responsible for maintaining the configuration, customization, and optimization of our Salesforce platform based on business requirements and best practices. You will collaborate closely with power users at the business level, and with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, streamline processes, and optimize Salesforce functionality to drive user adoption and maximize ROI.

  • Design and implement custom solutions, workflows, process automation, and integrations to enhance Salesforce functionality and efficiency.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices, providing guidance and support to users at all levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular system audits and health checks to identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure the stability and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
  • Work with the Corporate Salesforce Trainer to develop training sessions and materials aimed at empowering users and driving adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, updates, and new features, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to support system integrations, data migrations, and other technology initiatives as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred, along with additional certifications such as Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of success in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions in a complex business environment.
  • Extensive experience designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes and streamline workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and best practices for maximizing sales and service effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Field Service Lightning, including but not limited to setting up service territories, scheduling resources, managing work orders, and optimizing field service operations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is a plus, with experience in configuring CPQ to support sales processes, pricing strategies, and quoting workflows.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning functionalities.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder required.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools, with a focus on integrating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and CPQ with other systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
