MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

A high school diploma or its equivalent and one (1) year of secretarial or clerical work experience.

 

College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for the required work experience.

 

Vocational/technical training in the area of secretarial science or office/business studies can substitute at the rate of 720 classroom hours for the required work experience.     

   

Requires a valid driver license.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Occasional to moderate travel required. 

 

Position may respond to emergencies, including natural disasters or other type incidents requiring travel, as needed.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

    • Answer phones, determine what is needed and assist caller. 
    • Take messages and deliver to appropriate staff. 
    • Retrieve filters for staff performing services on vehicles.
    • Order parts for mechanics when needed.
    • Input vehicle logs by the 15th of every month
    • Input shop work orders
    • File shop work orders and receipts
    • Work with staff to complete paperwork for auction vehicles
    • Other work as needed.
