The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Document Control Specialist to join our Regulatory Administration and Airworthiness (RA&A) Team in Everett, WA. In this role, you’ll be a vital contributor, supporting critical regulatory processes and helping ensure compliance in a dynamic and highly technical environment.

Position Responsibilities:
Oversee the configuration management of the Boeing ODA Procedure Manual (BPM), ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable FAA Orders
Monitor new or revised FAA Orders, regulations, and policies to assess their potential impact on the procedure manual, proactively implementing necessary adjustments
Ensure that the procedure manual meets the requirements of applicable FAA Orders, regulations, and policies, maintaining a high standard of compliance
Manage the revision process for the procedure manual, coordinating updates and ensuring timely implementation of changes
Research and document engineering processes, validation documentation, and specifications
Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Subject Matter experts (SME), regulatory agencies and leaders to ensure the procedure manual reflects current practices and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance document workflows and increase efficiency
Perform compliance checks to maintain document integrity and accuracy
Maintain comprehensive records of revisions, updates, and compliance checks, providing regular reports to management on the status of the procedure manual
Support and implement company goals and objectives, policies and producers and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Everett, WA site.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in technical area
5+ years of relevant job experience and/or educational background in document management, records management of information governance
Strong knowledge of document control principles, regulatory requirement and compliance standards
Strong understanding of FAA regulations and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all project documentation and reporting
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey project information clearly to stakeholders
Experience in technical communication, writing/composition or similar related field
Proficient in Microsoft 360 and Adobe suite of programs required for the document environment
Experience using Document Library systems to collect and gather sophisticated documentation
Use of software and suites such as or similar to FrameMaker
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience in technical writing based on technical information
Awareness/Experience with Quality Management System such as ISO09000, AS91000
Experience in a technology-driven environment preferred
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data
Customer focused mindset
