Veriswap is a barter marketplace for sports cards. We’re a team of high-performers on a mission to allow collectors to trade sports cards anytime, anywhere. Please note that this role is 10 hours per week to start, with the potential to scale up.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

1. Someone proactive, adaptable, and skilled at problem-solving with minimal direction.
2. Experienced as an Executive or Personal Assistant, supporting a founder or executive.
3. Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
4. Tech-savvy, comfortable with email platforms, calendar tools, and travel booking. Veriswap uses Asana, Slack, and Google Calendar.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Below are day-to-day responsibilities ranked in order of importance:

1. Event coordinating: Spearhead planning of 1. High end, curated events/dinners for top Veriswap users at card shows 2. trade night events with hundreds of attendees at card shows
2. Travel organization: Organize complex international travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, car rental, food, etc.
3. Inbox Management: Filter and triage incoming mail inquiries.
4. Calendar management: Manage the executive’s upcoming calendar events.
5. Research: Various ad-hoc research tasks such as researching the best supplier for cardboard boxes, or buying unique gifts for our top traders.

Benefits

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour
