About this role
We’re looking for an FP&A lead to support the financial planning, forecasting and analysis of an increasingly sophisticated business so that key internal and external partners have insights and reporting to guide strategic decisions and make critical capital allocation decisions.
This role will work closely with senior finance leadership and play a critical role in shaping and running management reporting and the global planning process. A strong candidate should demonstrate deep finance knowledge and the capacity to serve as a highly effective business partner. The right person for this role is a self starter, who is passionate about building and scaling FP&A processes.
What you’ll do
- Develop processes to partner with cross-functional business leaders to ensure relevant and timely forecasting and reporting to achieve corporate objectives.
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to be shared with internal and external stakeholders including the leadership team, board of directors, investors, and lenders.
- Design processes to improve forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.
- Establish cashflow and balance sheet forecasting processes.
- Assist in the selection, design and implementation of planning and reporting software tools.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or similar position with emphasis on financial analysis, financial modeling and forecasting
- Extensive experience conducting quantitative/ financial analysis and developing recommendations based on this analysis
- Analytical and data-driven - you can define KPIs and measure progress/success for your initiatives
- Ability to effectively manage high visibility projects with vast scope
- History of building productive relationships across diverse functions
- Has exemplary interpersonal skills and can make complex financial matters understandable to all constituents and stakeholders
- You are a team player that wants to win while also having fun with teammates along the way
Salary Range
California / New York: the pay range for this role is $118,500 - $163,000
Colorado / Washington / New Jersey: the pay range for this role is $106,500 - 146,500
Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
