A Brief Overview
The Adobe Workfront Systems Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of the Adobe Workfront instance for the Development department in support of the Foundation's fundraising goals. This includes daily support, ongoing configuration and maintenance, user management, creation of dashboards, reporting, capacity analysis and troubleshooting issues. This role will liaise with internal customers to understand business needs for enhancements to Adobe Workfront; make recommendations on how to satisfy those business needs taking into consideration best practice in Adobe Workfront and standardization of use across the organization; make any needed changes for enhancements and defects; and perform routine support including addressing service requests and incident investigation and resolution. In addition, this role drives the roadmap for system expansion and optimization, creating and maintaining process documentation, as well as monitoring systems and workflow standards. This role will also manage the integration of the Adobe Workfront instance with applications such as Office 365, Salesforce, and 4AllPortal through Adobe Workfront Fusion. This role will work in partnership with Marketing and Public Relations on governance and best practices of the Adobe Workfront product.

What you will do
  • Manage system configuration including setup, portfolio, program, and group management, user management, access levels, permissions, and license allocation, reporting oversight, custom forms, and automation.
  • Responsible for Adobe Workfront product release management by staying informed on quarterly application releases and updates, analyzing impact to the Foundation Workfront instance, advising the Project Management team on the application of changes and communicating updates to the user base.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve issues with a systemic approach to problem-solving that includes support and beta testing of implementations and enhancements. Coordinate with Adobe Workfront technical support when necessary.
  • Create standard and custom reports and dashboards within Workfront that: users and teams can utilize to drive effectiveness within their respective processes; resource leaders can utilize to manage resource demand and capacity; leadership can utilize to track critical KPIs to make smart, strategic decisions, to reduce risks and ensure growth;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation on all configuration of the Adobe Workfront instance.
  • Plan and manage, in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the integration of Adobe Workfront with current applications to enrich the user experience (Salesforce, Office 365, 4AllPortal).
  • Maintain advanced product proficiency and subject matter expertise in Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Acts as subject matter resource to other team members.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Business or related field of study. Required
  • Master's Degree Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field. Preferred
Experience Qualifications
  • At least five (5) years Workfront Experience or equivalent project management platform. Required
  • At least five (5) years Implementing technology systems. Required
  • At least five (5) years Managing projects, resources, timelines and deliverables. Required
  • At least four (4) years Building KPI reporting and analytics. Required
  • At least four (4) years Technical support experience with strong interpersonal communication and troubleshooting skills. Required
  • At least four (4) years Interacting with all levels of stakeholders. Required
  • At least three (3) years Programming and developing applications. Preferred
  • At least two (2) years Performing text mode rep
