What you'll be doing

• Compose and execute innovative financial strategies that drive sustainable growth—harmonizing budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans into a cohesive performance.
• Oversee all financial activities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while producing accurate, timely financial reports.
• Partner with department leaders to build and manage budgets, tuning the financial instruments to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks with a blend of foresight and financial acumen, protecting the organization against uncertainties and strengthening financial resilience.
• Inspire and mentor a financial team, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive environment that creates experiences.

Qualifications

Who you are

• Experience in Hospitality Accounting and Residential operations preferred.
• A combination of education and experience demonstrating the required knowledge and abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze and interpret integrated spreadsheets and complex financial data.
• Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work schedules that may include weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
