POSITION TITLE: Operator 3, Machine Retail
REPORTING TO: Supervisor, Production
LOCATION: St. Albans, VT

The Operator 3, Machine position is responsible for the process flow of materials and product throughout the facility.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

- Perform the duties of a Level 2, Machine Operator
- Leads team in meetings and projects
- Train Level 1 and 2 Machine Operators
- Identifies improvements per KPI’s
- Communicates through Team Board’s and with leadership team
- Perform Machine set up
- Preform advanced preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Perform product quality control checks on the Machine
- Operates multiple packaging Machines, or molding machines
- Enters performance confirmations and shift information into SAP
- Break Coverage
- PTO Coverage
- Reviewing / Confirmation of Shift Paperwork
- Fully trained in Pull Sheet process
- Perform housekeeping duties
About you:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical ability/aptitude, a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Math Skills
- Computer skills; Excel and SAP, required
- Minimum three (3) years manufacturing experience, preferred
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, preferred
- Understand manufacturing process flow
- Trained in Quality/Sensory, preferred
- Trained in Chocolate tempering, preferred
