The Opportunity
As Sr. Inventory Coordinator you are responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and implementing efficient inventory control procedures. Your role is crucial in supporting our operations by ensuring that all inventory processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
Also, you are:
Coordinating with other departments, such as purchasing and production, to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items.
Assisting in developing and implementing new inventory control procedures and systems. Identifying areas for improvement in existing inventory control processes and suggesting practical solutions. You will report any inventory issues or discrepancies, including damaged or missing items.
Accurately entering inventory data into the system and maintaining up-to-date records.
Preparing detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments. Generating regular reports on inventory levels, shortages, and other inventory issues.
Inspecting the quality and condition of incoming inventory items.
Who you are
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role
Behaviors, competencies, and qualities of the ideal applicant.
Strong attention to detail; strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
Ability to work in different working shifts
The expected salary range for this position based in California is 47,000 - 87,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
