The Platform Services team is a tightly integrated team building and innovating around the foundational platform services, components and frameworks which are critical for building the SaaS Revenue Lifecycle management platform. We are a group of people who are driven to solve interesting problems at scale.  We architect, build, run, and support all the internal system and services that run Revenue lifecycle management cloud at a massive scale. We are adding another Sr Software Engineer to help us build the next generation Conga Revenue Cloud Platform, serve the needs of the customers and at the same time grow his/her skillset.  This individual will help build and support high scale production code in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

This talented Sr Software Engineer with his or her expertise and as a member of a dynamic platform team will contribute heavily in the architecture, design, coding and testing of important core components of the platform.  We want to hire unbelievably bright developers, who are a joy to work with, love to work with others, solve problems, listen well, and lead as appropriate.  We believe in using the best tools for the task at hand so the ability and desire to learn new programming languages and technologies is a must. Are you the person we’re looking for?  

Education.  Successful completion of a Bachelor of Computer Science, or an Engineering degree is highly preferred and 6+ years of experience in .NET and C# with the drive to learn and progress in the technical skill and nuanced art of development work within an Agile environment.

Take ownership.  To architect, build and scale Cloud agnostic platforms.

Build.  Code that is high-quality, clean, scalable, performant and reusable by enforcing software engineering best practices and back-end micro-services from scratch, working with containers and Kubernetes.

Participate.  In an agile team lifecycle, including design, development, testing, planning, backlog grooming and support.

Work with.  Product owners and architects to understand detailed requirements and own the code from design, development to test automation.

Perform.  As a trusted contributor demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, exceed goals, and create benchmarks for success, you will require little to no supervision.

Development.  Demonstrated success executing development work within an Agile Environment.

Exposure.  To cloud architecture, cloud design patterns, AWS/Azure cloud technologies.
