Job Description:

The Senior Business Line Liaison (Sr. BLL) supports the execution of all risk and governance activities within their designated line of business area of responsibility (LOB).  The Sr. BLL serves as the point of contact for key risk and governance activities, and coordinates actions, responses, and documentation for the business in areas of increased risk (inherent and residual) or complexity. The Sr. BLL may providing coaching and oversight for the BLL and may review documentation prepared by the BLL related to areas of increased risk or complexity.

• Our Issues Management Team is seeking candidates for the Sr Business Line Liaison role who will act as a project remediation manager, supporting the execution of all risk and governance activities for the USCA Controls Issue Management.
• We will assist across all USCA business lines within the Controls Team, managing issues, coordinating special projects, and creating consistency across USCA.
• The right candidate will have strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, superb time management skills along with project management capabilities to lead projects and initiatives, advanced business writing skills and an acute attention to detail for accuracy in a complex risk environment.
• A fundamental understanding of issue management processes is a must, and experience with USCA Collections or Recovery experience is a plus!
