Branch Administrator

HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors in Mount Vernon, WA is looking for an Industrial Services Administrator to join their safety conscious team! The Industrial Services Administrator is responsible for the processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and other duties as assigned for the branch operations. Will adhere to the Company’s Primary Purpose, i.e. focus on the problems, issues and concerns of our Customers, Employees and Owner and how these efforts will bring value-added contribution to each. Improve our service quality to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

• AP/AR experience required. 
• Must possess Data Entry experience.
• Project Inventory Management preferred but not required.
• TRAX experience preferred but not required.
• KRONOS experience preferred but not required.
• Travel Planning experience preferred but not required.
• Enthusiastic personality. 
• Exceptional communication skills. 
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point). 
• Customer service experience required.
• Data Entry 
• Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prepare customer invoices. 
• Ensures timely processing of weekly payroll and other administrative functions 

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record. 
• TWIC card.
