That is why our slogan is 'Let's Grow Together'!</p> <h2>What will you be doing?</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Market Research : </strong>Conduct research to identify trends, acquisition targets, and partnership opportunities. Analyse competitor data and market conditions impacting transactions.</li> <li><strong>Financial Analysis and valuation : </strong>Build financial models to evaluate performance and prospects of acquisition targets. Apply valuation methods such as DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.</li> <li><strong>Document preparation : </strong>Contribute to pitch books, Information Memorandums, and client presentations. Assist in drafting and reviewing key transaction documents (LOIs, term sheets, purchase agreements).</li> <li><strong>Project management : </strong>Support due diligence by preparing datarooms. Coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and ensure smooth stakeholder alignment. Maintain documentation and update internal databases with deal details.</li> <li><strong>Communication and collaboration : </strong>Liaise with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders for data gathering and information flow. Work closely with colleagues across practices to ensure integrated solutions.</li> <li><strong>M&amp;A activity monitoring : </strong>Prepare regular reports on ongoing M&amp;A activity and closed deals. Analyse post-transaction outcomes to assess success and extract lessons for future projects.</li> </ul> <h2>What do you bring to the table?</h2> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field; finance certifications (CFI, CFA, etc.) are a plus.</li> <li>Up to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.</li> <li>Excellent command of <strong>French and English</strong>; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a strong asset.</li> <li>Strong foundations in accounting, valuation methodologies, and M&amp;A processes.</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills with expertise in corporate finance applications.</li> <li>Proficient in PowerPoint for creating impactful reports</li> <li>A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <h2>What do we bring to the table? </h2> <ul> <li><strong>Culture:</strong> you will join a family of experts who encourage respect, diversity and teamwork.
