Telefónica Global Solutions  STRATEGY, TRANSFORMATION AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS

The Strategy, Transformation, and Regulatory affairs department is responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic vision, leading transformation projects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. We are a dynamic and collaborative team, that works cross-functionally with all departments, ensuring alignment of corporate strategies and fostering collaboration to achieve common goals. Our mission is to lead the company's strategy and transformation, driving growth by innovation and operational efficiency.

 

Telefónica Global Solutions STRATEGY TEAM MISSION

Strategy Team is responsible for leading the creation, implementation and execution of Telefónica Global Solutions business strategy, defining bold strategic journeys and key transformation projects, leading finally them to success.  

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TGSol provides services to more than 1.700 customers in more than 170 countries. We provide services to Corporate Multinationals and International Wholesale customers. We commercialize a portfolio of 8 key business families that we provide over a global network with more than 100 nodes around the globe and more than 200 agreements with local and global service providers. We manage more than 15 different technologies and platforms for data connectivity, voice, satellite, messaging, roaming and outsourcing solutions. 

Within this complex business environment, Strategy leader will:

• Build and evolve Telefónica Global Solutions Equity Story
• Lead Telefónica Global Solutions Strategy Planning Process, aimed to create business sustainable growth and efficiency.
• Telefónica Global Solutions Strategic plan will:
  • Be based on market and company’s bold insights
  • Be ahead of trends
  • Define clearly our competition fields
  • Create a true source of differentiation that beats market

• By ensuring balance between commitment and flexibility, Strategy Manager will translate our Strategy Plan into a transformation plan that ensures its implementation and impact.
• Lead the execution of such defined transformation plan.
• For achiving TGSol Strategy Team objectives, TGS Strategy Manager will:
  • Lead strategy team to take a leap into its next level of maturity and leadershipç
  • Define and set optimal internal and external relationships
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards to prove Strategy delivered value
