Job Type and Schedule: Non-exempt, Full-time M-F, 7am – 3:30am
Brief Position Description
Job Responsibilities
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage HR communications, follow-up activities, and timely responses to employees and managers
- Generate and maintain HR reports, trackers, and status updates for leadership and managers
- Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within established timelines
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration, employee questions, and enrollment support
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Assist with payroll coordination and HR reporting as needed
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns including supporting conflict resolution, employee relations issues, and promoting and positive workplace culture
- Support HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and company events
- Support recruiting activities, as needed
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of human resources experience preferred
