You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

  • Manage inventory related to parts and equipment
  • Coordinate deliveries of tanks and prioritize work orders
  • Execute shipping and receiving duties for parts
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Manage multiple calendars, organize meetings, and assist as needed
  • Prepare various reports using Excel
  • Cross train in other operations administrative duties
  • Regular predictable attendance

Requirements

The best candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative related role preferred
  • Experience in inventory procedures preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, (Office 365), and ability to learn internal software

Additionally, while performing duties, the employee is required to sit, stoop, lift up to 15 pounds, type, communicate effectively, manage conflict, work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel.


In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to:

  • Successfully perform quality work within deadlines with or without supervision.
  • Interact professionally and confidently with other employees, customers, and contacts.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
