Pay Range: $30-$50/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule:  Full-Time- Flexible Hours-Occasional OT & Weekends

You'll be working hands-on in the field- servicing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems for both commercial and residential clients.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a challenge, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and customer care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform HVAC repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Serve both commercial and residential customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
• Build rapport and trust with clients
• Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams
• Maintain a clean job site and organized truck
• Mentor HVAC helpers as needed
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time

What You Bring:

• 3+ years HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• A positive adaptable, and safety-first mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in tight spaces and working at heights
