Notified is adding a Sr HRMS Analyst to the team in either Toronto, ON, Canada, Chicago, IL, or Woburn, MA, USA. For a qualified candidate, remote will be considered. Our expectation at this time is you will work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. For a qualified candidate, remote work locations are available.

Job Summary:
The Sr HRMS Analyst will work as part of the Corporate HR IT Shared Services team providing support for Oracle HCM Cloud system including Global HR, Talent Management (Goal and Performance), Workforce Compensation, and Recruitment across Corporate and multiple sub business entities. This role will work closely with the HR team to analyze compliance requirements, business processes, and reporting needs to determine the most effective way to utilize the system to meet client needs.
Essential Duties:
- Provide hands-on system (Oracle HCM Cloud) functional configuration support
- Document system specifications, configurations, processes, and procedures
- Partner with HR Daily, weekly, monthly thru recurring cycles, critical efforts and support items
- In collaboration with the HR department, plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the organization’s human resources functions and annual goals
- Research solutions to support HR programs and processes
- Lead team through system quarterly releases, upgrades, and perform regression testing
- Act as a liaison between business and IT on technical issues and projects requiring data integration and other technical teams support
- Troubleshoot production issues including problem research, analysis, and performing steps for resolution
- Provide guidance in the analysis, design, enhancement development, and implementation of any new functionality related to the supported HR systems (i.e. Oracle)
- Support necessary HR utilized Oracle, ADP systems and supporting applications, integrations.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from large datasets, supporting business insights and reporting needs.
- Build and develop Oracle HCM reporting (OTBI/OBIEE)
- Support necessary HR utilized Oracle, ADP systems and supporting applications, integrations.
- Coordinate and perform end-to-end testing including developing test plans and leading user acceptance testing efforts
- Support efforts related to application security and audits to keep integrity and accuracy
- Provide training and technical support in regard to system developments for any applicable related laws, and employment legislation, and various federal Compliance requirements
- Track, Document and report on progress across numerous in progress efforts
- General mental and physical requirements of an indoor office environment are expected
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, economics, statistics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in the analysis, design, functional configuration, testing, implementation and troubleshooting of Oracle HCM Cloud, required. Oracle and Workday a plus
- Experience supporting at least 2-4 years of Oracle HCM Cloud upgrades and quarterly releases, preferred.
- Experience Implementing, Optimizing HR & HR related systems preferred.
