About your team :

Postal Management & Inbound Correspondence is part of Global Personal Investing and Advisory Operations (GPIA Operations). As PI & Advisory Operations in Germany is embedded into the global Operations unit of the group, the German team is able to access additional resources and knowledge to continuously improve operational processes and follow a digital first approach.

About your role :

  • Opening, stamping, sorting & scanning of the physical incoming post
  • Processing and routing customer instructions in and within the workflow management system
  • Franking physical outgoing mail and packages, coordinating the pickup with the courier services
  • Scanning of invoices and checking the correctness of the bills for the postal team
  • Processing of inquiries in the group mailbox
  • Assistance in special tasks, such as system tests
  • Analysing the daily routine tasks for improvement
  • Testing of systems
  • Working with IT to redesign the system

About you :

  • Knowledge/experience in relevant areas
  • Advanced level of German
  • Good command of English
  • High degree of self-motivation and collaboration
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quality
  • Client-centricity
  • High level of quality assurance and risk awareness
