A Day in the Life
As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will be responsible for supporting production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing operations. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams to enhance efficiency, solve technical challenges, and meet production goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Assist in the development, validation, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with Medtronic quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Must-Have: Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience at a Medtronic manufacturing site
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and statistical analysis tools.
