Position Summary:
Repair minor dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicle panels using paintless dent repair techniques, restoring vehicles to pre-damage condition without the need for repainting.

Key Responsibilities:


Perform paintless dent repair using specialized tools and methods
Assess vehicle damage and determine repair approach
Maintain quality standards to ensure undamaged paint and finish
Work efficiently to meet production and cycle time goals
Communicate with estimators and managers regarding repair status
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


Qualifications:


Experience with PDR techniques preferred
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced body shop environment
Self-motivated with a focus on quality workmanship
